Microsoft To-Do
View as MarkdownManage tasks in Microsoft To-Do.
What it does
Connects an agent to Microsoft To-Do. Agents can list your task lists, list the tasks in one, create a new task, update one, or mark one complete.
Setup
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft To-Do.
- Click Connect and sign in with the Microsoft account the agent should manage tasks under.
- Review and grant the requested permissions.
- Assign the connection to an agent.
Scopes requested
Read/write task access plus basic profile read, with offline access so the connection keeps working without you having to sign in again. HeartBeatAgents never sees your Microsoft password; only a token is stored, encrypted, and it can be revoked at any time.
Typical use
An agent that turns action items from a meeting summary directly into tasks, or one that marks a task complete the moment the work it represents is actually done.
