Jira
View as MarkdownManage Jira projects, issues, and sprints.
What it does
Connects an agent to Jira. Agents can list projects, search and create issues, update an issue, transition it between statuses, add a comment, and list a project's sprints.
Setup
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Jira.
- Click Connect and authorize via OAuth 2.0.
- Choose which Jira site and projects the agent can access.
- Assign the connection to an agent.
Scopes requested
Read and write access to Jira work items, plus read access to your user profile, with offline access so the connection keeps working without you having to sign in again.
Typical use
An agent that creates a Jira ticket automatically from a bug report submitted through another channel, or one that moves a ticket to "In Review" the moment its linked pull request is opened.
