Manage event types, list scheduled events, handle invitees, and check availability in Calendly.

What it does

Connects an agent to Calendly. Agents can list event types, list and cancel scheduled events, list invitees for an event, check availability, and look up your Calendly user details.

Setup

  1. Get a personal access token from your Calendly account settings.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendly and paste in the token.
  3. Assign the connection to an agent.

Credentials needed

A Calendly API key. It's encrypted at rest and never shown again after saving.

Typical use

An agent that checks who's booked a meeting with you today, or one that cancels and reschedules an event on your behalf when a conflict comes up.
