What it does

Connects an agent to Polygon.io. Agents can pull stock aggregates, snapshots, trades and quotes, ticker details and financials, options contracts, forex quotes, crypto aggregates, market status, and ticker news.

Setup

  1. Get an API key from Polygon.io's own site.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Polygon.io and paste in the key.
  3. Assign the connection to an agent.

Credentials needed

A Polygon.io API key. It's encrypted at rest and never shown again after saving.

Typical use

An agent that checks whether the market is open before scheduling a trade-related task, or one that pulls a stock's recent news alongside its price when you ask for an update.
