Google Tasks
View as MarkdownManage task lists and tasks in Google Tasks.
What it does
Connects an agent to Google Tasks. Agents can list your task lists, list the tasks in one, create a new task, update one, or mark one complete.
Setup
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Tasks.
- Click Connect and sign in with the Google account the agent should manage tasks under.
- Review and grant the requested permissions.
- Assign the connection to an agent.
Scopes requested
Full access to Google Tasks on the connected account. HeartBeatAgents never sees your Google password; only a token is stored, encrypted, and it can be revoked at any time.
Typical use
An agent that turns action items from a meeting summary directly into tasks, or one that marks a task complete the moment the work it represents is actually done.
