Send emails and HTML newsletters via SendGrid.

What it does

Connects an agent to SendGrid. Agents can send a plain email or a formatted HTML email from your verified sending address.

Setup

  1. Get an API key from your SendGrid account settings.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → SendGrid Email and enter the key plus your verified from-address.
  3. Assign the connection to an agent.

Credentials needed

A SendGrid API key and your verified sending email address. The key is encrypted at rest and never shown again after saving.

Typical use

An agent that sends a formatted confirmation email once a task completes, or one that sends a newsletter you've asked it to draft and send on your behalf.
