What it does

Connects an agent to NewsData.io. Agents can search the latest news, search the historical archive, search crypto-specific news, list sources, and check article counts, with filtering by country, language, category, sentiment, and domain.

Setup

  1. Get a free or paid API key from NewsData.io's own site.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → NewsData.io and paste in the key.
  3. Assign the connection to an agent.

Credentials needed

A NewsData.io API key. It's encrypted at rest and never shown again after saving.

Typical use

An agent that pulls today's coverage of a topic you're tracking, or one that checks whether a competitor has been in the news recently.
