# Microsoft To-Do

Manage tasks in Microsoft To-Do.

## What it does

Connects an agent to Microsoft To-Do. Agents can list your task lists, list the tasks in one, create a new task, update one, or mark one complete.

## Setup

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Microsoft To-Do**.
2. Click **Connect** and sign in with the Microsoft account the agent should manage tasks under.
3. Review and grant the requested permissions.
4. Assign the connection to an agent.

## Scopes requested

Read/write task access plus basic profile read, with offline access so the connection keeps working without you having to sign in again. HeartBeatAgents never sees your Microsoft password; only a token is stored, encrypted, and it can be revoked at any time.

## Typical use

An agent that turns action items from a meeting summary directly into tasks, or one that marks a task complete the moment the work it represents is actually done.
