What's new in v1.0.75: a guided walkthrough on every page, a Snowflake connection that actually works, an updated Zendesk sign-in, and fixes to voice calls, conversation deletion, and first-run setup.

## HeartBeatAgents v1.0.75

This release adds a guided walkthrough you can open on any page, fixes a Snowflake connection that never actually worked, updates Zendesk's sign-in ahead of a deprecation, and fixes several issues with voice calls, conversation deletion, and first-run setup.

### What's changed

**New**

- **Guided walkthrough for every page.** A new "?" button in the top bar highlights what's on the current page and explains what each part does. It's available any time you need a refresher, not just on your first visit, in English, French, Spanish, and Chinese.

**Integrations**

- **Snowflake reconnect required.** The Snowflake integration never actually connected correctly. It now signs in the right way and checks the connection works before saving it. If you use Snowflake, remove your existing connection and reconnect.
- **Zendesk sign-in updated.** Zendesk is retiring its old way of connecting, so the integration now uses Zendesk's newer, supported sign-in method to keep working without interruption.
- **Integration workspace fix.** Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Shopify integrations weren't reliably passing along which specific workspace they connect to, which could send a request to the wrong place. Agents using these integrations now always reach the right one.

**Reliability**

- **First-run setup wizard.** Fixed a step you couldn't reach, corrected progress labels that pointed at the wrong next step, and the wizard now remembers where you left off if the page reloads.

**Fixes**

- **Voice calls on shared setups.** Fixed an issue where two installations sharing the same voice infrastructure could interfere with each other's calls, leaving one side connected with no agent on the line and no error shown. You'll now see a notice if no agent joins a call.
- **Deleting a conversation.** Fixed an error that could happen when deleting a conversation that had an agent run in it.
- **Empty states.** Skills and chat now explain what's missing instead of just showing a blank screen.
