# Runway

Video generation via Runway Gen-3 Alpha and Gen-3 Alpha Turbo models.

## What it does

Connects an agent to Runway. Agents can create a video generation task, check its status, and cancel one, covering text-to-video and image-to-video generation.

## Setup

1. Get an API key from your Runway account settings.
2. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Runway** and paste in the key.
3. Assign the connection to an agent.

## Credentials needed

A Runway API key. It's encrypted at rest and never shown again after saving.

## Typical use

An agent that turns a still image into a short video clip for you, or one that generates a video from a text description as part of a larger content task.
