# Resend

Send transactional and marketing emails via the Resend API.

## What it does

Connects an agent to Resend. Agents can send a plain or HTML email, check a sent email's status, and list your verified sending domains.

## Setup

1. Get an API key from your Resend account settings.
2. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Resend** and enter the key plus your verified from-address.
3. Assign the connection to an agent.

## Credentials needed

A Resend API key and your verified sending email address. The key is encrypted at rest and never shown again after saving.

## Typical use

An agent that sends a formatted confirmation email once a task completes, or one that checks whether a previously sent email actually delivered.
