# OneDrive

Manage files in Microsoft OneDrive.

## What it does

Connects an agent to OneDrive. Agents can search for files, read file details, upload files, create folders, and share a file with someone.

## Setup

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations → OneDrive**.
2. Click **Connect** and sign in with the Microsoft account whose OneDrive the agent should access.
3. Review and grant the requested permissions.
4. Assign the connection to an agent.

## Scopes requested

Read/write file access plus basic profile read, with offline access so the connection keeps working without you having to sign in again. HeartBeatAgents never sees your Microsoft password; only a token is stored, encrypted, and it can be revoked at any time.

## Typical use

An agent that files a generated report into the right shared folder automatically, or one that finds and summarizes a document you describe instead of you searching for it yourself.
