Manage audiences, campaigns, templates, and analyze email marketing performance in Mailchimp.

## What it does

Connects an agent to Mailchimp. Agents can list and manage audiences and members, list, create, and send campaigns, pull a campaign's performance report, list templates, and list segments.

## Setup

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Mailchimp**.
2. Click **Connect** and authorize via OAuth 2.0.
3. Assign the connection to an agent.

## Scopes requested

Access to your Mailchimp account's audiences and campaigns, scoped to what you authorize during setup.

## Typical use

An agent that adds a new contact to the right audience segment, or one that checks a recent campaign's open and click rates when you ask how it performed.
