# Google Drive

Search, download, upload, and manage files in Google Drive.

## What it does

Connects an agent to Google Drive. Agents can search for files, read file details, download and upload files, create folders, move files, and share a file with someone.

## Setup

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Google Drive**.
2. Click **Connect** and sign in with the Google account whose Drive the agent should access.
3. Review and grant the requested permissions.
4. Assign the connection to an agent.

## Scopes requested

Full Drive access on the connected account (read, upload, organize, share). HeartBeatAgents never sees your Google password; only a token is stored, encrypted, and it can be revoked at any time.

## Typical use

An agent that files a generated report into the right shared folder automatically, or one that finds and summarizes a document you describe instead of you searching for it yourself.
