# Integrations Guide

88 pre-built integrations across 20 categories: productivity, CRM, developer tools, finance, support, social, analytics, advertising, creative AI, and more.

Integrations connect your agents to the external services your organization already relies on. HeartBeatAgents ships with 88 pre-built integrations across 20 categories. New integrations are added continuously; see [Integrations](/en/docs/features/integrations) for the full current list.

All integrations are managed from **Settings → Integrations** in your HeartBeatAgents dashboard. Each integration card shows the service name, a brief description of its capabilities, the available tools, and a connect button. One click starts the OAuth flow or API key entry. No code required.

## How Integrations Work

1. **Connect:** Authenticate with the external service via OAuth 2.0 or API key. HeartBeatAgents stores the credential encrypted and handles OAuth token renewal automatically.
2. **Discover:** Once connected, the platform registers the available tools for that service. Each tool has a name, description, and defined input/output schema that the agent reads to understand what it can do.
3. **Assign:** Control which agents have access to which integration tools. A sales agent might need CRM and calendar access but not code repositories.
4. **Invoke:** During conversations, agents automatically select and call the right tools based on the user's request. No manual routing needed.

## Integration Categories

### Google Workspace
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Tasks.

### Microsoft 365
Outlook Calendar, Outlook Email, OneDrive, Microsoft To-Do.

### Developer
GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Linear, Notion, Vercel, Supabase, Railway.

### CRM
HubSpot, Salesforce, Lead Connector, Apollo.

### Task Management
Todoist, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp.

### Finance

### Customer Support

### Data
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Airtable, Dropbox, Mixpanel, Snowflake.

### Observability
Datadog, New Relic, Sentry.

### Communication
Slack, Twilio SMS, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Resend, WhatsApp Business. These are actions an agent can take (send a message, post to a channel), distinct from the [five conversational channels](/en/docs/guides/channels-guide) an agent can be deployed on. Slack and WhatsApp appear in both places for that reason.

### Knowledge
Confluence.

### Automation
Home Assistant, Calendly, and HeartBeatAgents itself: connecting another HeartBeatAgents instance as an integration is what lets one agent invoke another. [Delegation](/en/docs/features/delegation) (`delegate`/`find_agents`) is the purpose-built, ergonomic way to use that same connection for agent-to-agent teamwork, instead of the general-purpose `integration_api_request` tool every other integration goes through.

### Social Media
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, X (Twitter).

### News
NewsData.io, NewsAPI.

### Weather
OpenWeatherMap.

### Health & Wellness
Oura Ring.

### Location & Maps
Google Maps.

### Creative & Media
Replicate, fal.ai, Runway, Google AI Studio, Stability AI, Kling AI, Luma AI, ElevenLabs.

### Advertising
Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, X Ads.

## Security

- **Encrypted credentials:** OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest. Credentials are never exposed in agent responses, logs, or API outputs; see [Security](/en/docs/guides/security) for how the credential broker keeps a raw token from ever reaching the agent itself.
- **Least privilege:** Each integration requests only the minimum scopes required. You control exactly which tools each agent can access.
- **Automatic token renewal:** HeartBeatAgents handles OAuth token refresh transparently.
- **Audit logging:** Every tool invocation is logged with the tool name, input parameters (credentials redacted), and timestamp, chained into a tamper-evident hash log you can verify directly from the audit log rather than take on faith.
- **Instant revocation:** Disconnect any integration with one click. Credentials are deleted immediately.

The integration library is growing continuously. If your team uses a service that isn't yet supported, an agent can build a custom connector autonomously, reading the service's API documentation and writing the integration code themselves (see [Skills](/en/docs/features/skills)), or an admin can define one directly with a guided wizard, including importing straight from a working curl command. See [Custom Integrations](/en/docs/guides/custom-integrations).
