# What Your Agents Are Actually Worth

Set a currency and an hourly rate once, and every hour an agent saves gets reported in real terms, not just as a number of runs.

## One setting, applied everywhere

Set a currency and a labor hourly rate once, for the whole organization, from **Settings → Value**. The currency labels every value figure the platform reports; the hourly rate is what converts hours of work an agent returned into a money amount in that currency.

## Why it's centralized

Both fields are optional and independent: set a currency with no rate to show hours without a money figure, or leave both blank to show neither. Whatever you set applies in exactly one place, so a saved hour is never implicitly counted twice under two different assumptions about what an hour is worth.
